PLEASE DRESS ONCE YOUR HAIR AND MAKE UP ARE FINISHED. IF THE OUTFIT IS NEAR YOUR NECK PLEASE AVOID PUTTING MAKE UP DOWN YOUR NECK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THIS MAKES THE MAKE UP STAINS LESS LIKELY TO OCCUR AND EASIER TO COME OUT.
IF YOU LIKE TO FAKE TAN PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR AND EXCESS IS WASHED OFF WELL BEFORE WEARING YOUR GARMENT.

WE SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE VIA EXPRESS POST. POSTAGE IS A FLAT RATE OF $20 AND A RETURN SATCHEL WILL BE PROVIDED. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.

ALTERATIONS TO OUR GARMENTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND THE ITEM MUST STAY IN THE CONDITION IT WAS PROVIDED.

WHAT'S HAPPENS IF THE DRESS IS STAINED OR DAMAGED?

WE UNDERSTAND ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, HOWEVER SOMETIMES INCORRECT CLEANING OF STAINS CAN CAUSE FURTHER DAMAGE. IF STAINS OR DAMAGE OCCUR, WE ASK YOU KINDLY INFORM US PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM SO WE CAN PROMPTLY ADDRESS AND TREAT THE AREA UPON RETURN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN YOURSELF!
IN MOST CASES, STAINS CAN BE REMOVED VIA CORRECT DRY CLEANING, HOWEVER, IF THERE IS DAMAGED CAUSED YOU MAY BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF THE REPAIR OR IF IRREPARABLE, THE FULL RETAIL COST OF THE GARMENT.

Orders can be cancelled up to seven days prior to the hire date.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, orders that are cancelled seven days prior to the hire date will be fully refunded.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be received after the cancellation request has been confirmed.

Can I cancel my order after the seven-day deadline?

Unfortunately orders that are cancelled less than 7 days before the hire date will not be eligible for a refund
